Office Guidelines

Our office hours are:

Monday – Thursday:
8 a.m. – 5 p.m.

Friday:
9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

Appointments

Please help us by arriving on time for your appointment. If you are late, it may be necessary to reschedule your appointment.

Longer appointments are usually scheduled in the morning. By doing this, we can accommodate more patients in the afternoon after school and after work.

Once your braces are on, regular adjustment appointments will be scheduled approximately every 6 to 8 weeks.
In order to be fair to all patients, we alternate "prime time" and "non-prime time" appointments. Prime time is before 9:00am and after 2:30pm. If you prefer a quieter time (10:00 – lunch), we will be happy to try to accommodate you.

Keeping your regularly scheduled appointment is very important. If you must reschedule your appointment, then a "non-primetime" appointment is usually selected. We will do our best to find an open time for you; however, please realize that it may be weeks before we can help you, so please do your best to keep your regularly scheduled appointments.

Please be aware that chronically missed appointments may extend treatment time and compromise results. We reserve special time for emergency appointments. If you have a true orthodontic emergency, please call our office as soon as possible so we can advise you correctly and take care of any issues you may be experiencing.
